Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, your order will ship promptly. A full order process may take 1-5 days total from processing to shipping out. Please note that some items are stored at our Painted Tree location, and it may take a little extra time to retrieve and carefully pack them.

As a small business, we are not always able to ship orders the same day like larger retailers such as Amazon. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully prepare each order with love and attention to detail.

Shipping Issues
Cultura Campaign is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information or issues once the package is in the carrier’s possession. Claims for missing packages must be submitted directly to the carrier.

Order Issues Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. Once a package leaves our hands, delivery times are estimated but not guaranteed.
