Refund policy

At Cultura Campaign, we are proud to offer handmade, carefully curated items that celebrate Latino culture. Because many of our products are handmade and unique, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We understand that sometimes items can arrive damaged or you may receive the wrong product. If this happens, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at nat@culturacampaign.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue plus photos of the item and packaging showing the damage

Once we receive your claim, we’ll review it and work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement or alternative resolution.

Handmade Items
Almost every piece we sell is handcrafted, which means slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur. These are not defects, but a reflection of the handmade process and part of what makes each item special.

Partial Refunds or Exceptions
While we do not generally offer refunds, we may review certain situations on a case-by-case basis if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us promptly so we can make things right.

Shipping Issues
Cultura Campaign is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information or issues once the package is in the carrier’s possession. Claims for missing packages must be submitted directly to the carrier. 

Order Issues Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. Once a package leaves our hands, delivery times are estimated but not guaranteed.
